MUA Order #3

For those of you who are already fans of the UK brand MUA, I'm sure you saw their 50% off and free worldwide shipping sale during January. I wasn't planning on picking up many items but there were a few that wer out of stock during the 35% off sale that I had had my eye on. I was pretty impressed with MUA this time around; they still had massive website issues when the offer went live, but this time around my order arrived within about 2 weeks and with all the items included (a nice change from the issues I had last time around).

Here's what I ended up getting:

Trio Eye Shadows in Pink Sorbet and Chocolate Box
I picked up one of these shadow trios the last time I placed an MUA order and was so impressed by their pigmentation and texture I had to get a few more. I stuck to neutral colours as that's what I get the most wear out of, so far all of these have been super impressive!

F4 Powder Brush and F6 Blusher and Contouring Brush
These were only added to the MUA line quite recently so I wanted to test them out and see what the quality was like. I haven't used them with makeup yet but the bristles seem to be nice and dense and feel soft on my skin so that's a good start!

Glamour Days Palette
This was meant to be in my last order and was out of stock so I added it again this time around.
I like that this has enough neutrals to do a day or night look plus just a few coloirs if you wanted something a bit more dramatic.

 

Glitter Ball Palette

Since I'm such a sucker for shimmer I picked this up as well. I like that this could also be used for creating a very intense, shimmery dark smokey eye.

Love Hearts Lip Balms in Sweet Kiss and Sugar Lips
These are my favourite MUA products of all I think (although it is a tough call)! I have pots of these around everywhere and couldn't resist adding a few more as backups.

Did you pick up anything from the MUA sale? They have also just releaser their Undressed 2 palette so I can't wait till they have another sale so I can try that one too!
