Priceline Beauty Bag

Popped down to Priceline today on my lunch break as their new catalogue came out with quite a few offers. Now I know I'm still doing Project Pan but quite a few of my daily makeup brushes have given up on me and I have been having to spend five minutes after doing my makeup picking off stray hairs - not cool! My favourite brushes ever are Sigma ones but I couldn't even wait for them to be delivered from the US so I had to pick up a few.

There was also a deal for Buy 1 Get 1 Free on Revlon lip products so it was the perfect time to pick up two more of the Lip Butters that I had on my wishlist. Of course these are now going into a box until Project pan is over!

Here's what the bag looked like:

The products I got did differ from what was pictured slightly and I have read online that people got a whole range of colours of products too. I must say, I seemed to have done really well as I was pretty happy with the shades of everything. Even the pressed powder was the perfect shade for me and both the lipsticks I got were I colours I will definately get a good amount of use out of.

This is what was inside the bag:

These are the products that seemed to differ slightly between bags. From the listing on the back of the bag itself, there were two different Revlon lipsticks and a Revlon Lip Gloss and each bag got one.

And some swatches:

Top to bottom: Models Prefer Kohl Pencil in Matte Black, Savvy by DB Luxury Liner in Glistening Green, Innoxa Lipstick in Pink Frangipani, Revlon Colour Burst Lipstick in Petal, Australia Paparazzi Perfect Blush in Poser, Natio Mineral Pressed Powder in Soft Tan. To the right: Nude by Nature Soft Focus Illuminator
I also got the Rimmel Lasting Finish Nail Enamel in Wine Not which is a lovely deep burgundy colour and will be perfect for winter.

I didn't really head to Priceline with the intention of picking up this bag. I have found the beauty bags in the past can be a bit hit or miss and I can see that if you got everything in this bag in colours you wouldn't use then it wasn't worthwhile. But I was quite impressed with the good range of full priced products this included, and since I would be needing to stock up on brushes in the next few weeks anyway this seemed like a good deal.

Will you be picking up this Beauty Bag?

Hope you are having a beautiful day!

    1. I was really lucky! Especially since the Innoxa one is almost the same shade as one of the Revlon Lip Butters I was wandering around with and then decided not to get at the last minute. Meant to be! :-)

    1. Weird I was just looking at your blog when I got an email saying you commented on mine! :-) The eyeliner was gorgeous but very soft (hence the wide line when I swatched it). Did you find that with yours as well?
