I'm back and October Empties!

Hi there beauties!
I'm finally back from Hawaii and ready to get back into posting and I have so much to share with you al!. I shopped up a bit of a (beauty) storm while I was away so you will be seeing plenty of haul posts and things I picked up during my travels over the next few weeks.

First though I have a few posts I need to catch up on so without further ado I give you my empties for the month of October:

Clinique Clarifying Lotion 3 (x 2 travel sized bottles)
This is a staple in my skincare routine but sadly ran out just s few days before I returned. I didn't want to repurchase it as I was already worried about the weight limit for my luggage and had a full sized one at home so I just skipped it or the last few days.

Clinique Take The Day Off Eye Makeup Remover (travel size)
This bottle was perfect for taking away as it had just enough to last me the whole time. I will probably end up keeping the bottle so I can refill it next time I head off somewhere.

MAC Studiofix Fluid in NW25
Really sad but I kinda get excited finishing up my MAC products as I know I'm one step closer to scoring a free lipstick (you can see my last Back to MAC post). Annoyingly this ran out quite soon into being away and I had to lug the empty glass bottle back to Australia but it will be worth it when I have collected another 5 empties! :-)

Coles Cotton Wool Tips
There are so many uses for these little wonders - I use them to fix makeup mistakes (or when I sneeze and ruin my mascara!), remove nail polish from my cuticles, as well as applying spot treatments and a ton of other stuff. I'm actually surprised I don't seem to go through these faster but they are cheap as chips and such a huge box.

Dove Body Silk Moisturiser
I have rediscovered this recently (I used to use it all the time) and I really love it. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and absorbs so easily after my shower. At the moment I am applying body moisturiser like a crazy person to try and preserve my tan as long as possible!

Coles Makeup Remover Pads
Yep, went through a few more packets of these this month!

I have to say, I didn't seem to finish off as many products this month as I have in other months, but I think this was partly because I was away, so I made sure most of the products I took with me had enough to see me through and quite a few things that were nearly empty stayed home.

I did also finish up a few more travel sized products while I was away which I didn't bring back with me:

Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner (not pictured)
This is one of my favourite supermarket ranges and I find these so moisturising for my dry hair. Because we were swimming every day my hair was getting washed so frequently but these helped keep it soft.

Matrix Biolage Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner
These are what they use at my hair dressers so the smell of this always reminds me of getting my hair done! I did like them but I can't say they made an amazing difference to the texture of my hair.

That's it for this month's empties, please check back as I am aiming to have a new post up almost every day to share everything I have planned!

Hope you are having a beautiful day!
